Payment methods
Payment can be made in cash to the driver or by credit card in advance. Credit-card payment has a 5% handling charge and uses a secured Square payment link.
Cancellation and insurance
The listed cancellation terms are free seven days or more before service, 50% from one to six days before, and 100% on the day or after. All cars are insured for accidents. Confirm the applicable terms with the quotation.

How to make official reservation
To make official reservation, please let me know following information.

If you select Credit Card Payment, I will send you Confirmation/Invoice E mail with Secured payment Link via Square System.

These are the rental-car terms published by JTSA. Confirm which conditions apply to your private chauffeur booking.
Fuel
Please return the vehicle with a full tank of premium petrol.
Vehicle delivery and collection
The vehicle is delivered to the agreed location.

Published insurance information
Bodily injury liability: unlimited, including JPY 30 million in compulsory automobile liability insurance.
Property damage liability: unlimited per accident, with a JPY 100,000 deductible.
Vehicle coverage: market value per accident, with a JPY 100,000 deductible.
Passenger accident coverage: JPY 10 million.
Death benefit: up to JPY 10 million per person.
Note 1: hospitalisation, JPY 10,000 per day. Note 2: outpatient treatment, JPY 5,000 per day. Permanent disability benefits depend on the degree of disability, up to the death-benefit limit.
For Notes 1 and 2, passenger accident benefits are limited to 90 days from the date of the accident.
In an accident
If an accident or breakdown occurs
Prioritise helping injured people and ensuring safety.
Report the accident to the nearest police station, whether or not another party is involved.
Contact the rental office, whether or not another party is involved.
Follow the instructions of the police.
If the vehicle breaks down or develops a fault, stop in a safe place.
Contact the rental office if the vehicle breaks down or develops a fault.
Precautions during the rental
Receive an explanation of the vehicle controls, and check the interior and exterior before departure.
Contact the rental office promptly if you need to extend the rental period.
An unauthorised extension can invalidate insurance coverage and result in additional penalty charges.
The vehicle is supplied with a full tank. Return it with a full tank, using premium or regular petrol as specified for the vehicle.
Cleaning or repairs resulting from soiling the interior are charged at actual cost.
Do not lend the vehicle to anyone other than the renter or authorised additional renter without the company's permission.
Complete the required procedures and pay any traffic-violation fines before returning the vehicle.
The rental is governed by the rental agreement and rental regulations.
A copy of the driver's licence must be submitted before the rental begins.
