How JTSA uses your enquiry details and optional website measurement. You can contact us without accepting analytics or advertising cookies.

The contact form asks for information needed to understand your transport request. Please include only the details needed for a reply.
This website uses Cloudflare to deliver its pages and forward your enquiry to JTSA’s existing Jimdo enquiry service. Your details are transmitted to that service for JTSA to review and reply. The website does not ask for payment or confirm a booking when you send an enquiry.
Information is used to understand the requested service, prepare a route or estimate, contact the enquirer and coordinate a reservation when requested.
Do not enter payment card numbers, passport numbers or other highly sensitive information in the initial enquiry form. Payment details should use the confirmed secure payment process.
With your analytics permission, Google Analytics 4 measures visits, pages and enquiry interactions. The renewal uses JTSA’s existing Analytics property. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and enquiry messages are not included in our Analytics events. Google processes technical information such as browser details, network information and page visits, and may process it outside your country.
With your advertising permission, JTSA’s existing Google tag and Tag Manager measure ad results, mail-link clicks and accepted enquiries. On the dedicated request page, two existing tags also measure the page visit; opening a form or an email app does not confirm a booking. After an accepted enquiry, we send a one-way SHA-256 hash of your email and, when an international number is supplied, phone number to Google for customer matching and ad attribution. Your message and unhashed contact details are not sent by this matching code. Google controls whether matching is available for the account.
Choose Allow all, Reject optional, or individual categories in the cookie controls. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change them later. Optional Google tags are not loaded before permission. If you withdraw permission after tags have loaded, Consent Mode limits subsequent collection and cookie use; on the next page, disallowed tags are not loaded. Your choice is saved on this device for up to 180 days. Browser settings can remove existing cookies. The enquiry form remains available with optional cookies rejected.
JTSA’s original Jimdo website has its own privacy notice, hosting analytics and spam-protection arrangements. When you use its original contact form, that site’s cookie and privacy settings apply. This renewal’s forwarding service does not bypass a Jimdo security challenge; if Jimdo requires one, use the original form.
